The growth path · Stage 2
Build the channel, then run it, not just plan it.
Build and run a defined commercial or operating capability with a real launch, then stabilize it and hand it off or carry it into ongoing operations. The work is done when it runs, not when the deck is finished.
When this is the right fit
- A new DTC, Amazon, retail, dealer, distributor, or geographic channel needs to be built.
- A channel exists but the operating model behind it is broken.
- The business needs a defined forecasting, reporting, warehouse, or ecommerce rebuild.
- Leadership wants a fixed outcome before committing to ongoing embedded operations.
What Rothwell owns
- Discovery and channel economics.
- Channel and operating design.
- Build plan and ownership map.
- Execution through launch.
- Operating KPIs and a stabilization period.
- Handoff into the client team or into an ongoing Rothwell engagement.
What this is not
Rothwell is not a media-buying or web agency. It owns the channel and its operating model and coordinates media, creative, and development specialists inside the plan.
Where we work
Most of the channel builds Rothwell runs are for outdoor recreation brands: dealers, distributors, buying groups, national retail and Amazon. In steel, metals and recycling the same work is the commercial process beyond the owner.
